These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vyanis.com, our landing pages, forms, tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by VYANIS. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
VYANIS is a software studio building MVPs, SaaS platforms, AI applications, private AI infrastructure, and legacy modernization. Contact: hello@vyanis.com.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing information via our forms;
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Services;
- Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Estimates, quotes & bookings
Estimates produced by our simulator or shared over email are indicative and non-binding until a signed proposal or Statement of Work is issued. Booking a call does not create a contractual obligation to deliver services.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including copy, branding, logos, code, and design — is owned by VYANIS or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
5. User submissions
Information you submit through forms (contact, project briefs, assessments) is processed under our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and grant us a limited license to use it to respond to your request.
6. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third parties (e.g. Google Calendar, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Advertising & tracking
We run paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, and use tag management and analytics to measure performance. See our Privacy Policy for details, categories of data, and your choices.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYANIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from or related to your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VYANIS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
