This Privacy Policy explains how VYANIS ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use vyanis.com, our landing pages, forms, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
VYANIS is a software studio building MVPs, SaaS platforms, AI applications, and legacy modernization for founders, SMEs, and enterprises. Contact: hello@vyanis.com.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data you submit via forms: name, email, phone, company, project details.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device and browser, IP address, approximate location.
- Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, landing page, click IDs (fbclid, li_fat_id, gclid) shared by ad platforms.
- Cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security, and advertising (see §7).
3. How we use data
- Respond to inquiries, deliver quotes, and provide our Services.
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, updates) and, with consent, occasional marketing.
- Measure and improve site performance, campaigns, and content.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on: (a) consent for marketing cookies and email marketing, (b) contract performance for Services you request, (c) legitimate interests for analytics, security, and campaign measurement, and (d) legal obligations where applicable.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share limited data with vetted processors strictly to run our business:
- Hosting & database: Cloudflare, Supabase.
- Analytics & tag management: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads — including conversion pixels and, where enabled, server-side Conversions API events (hashed email/phone) for measurement and audience building.
- Email delivery: Resend / Lovable Email infrastructure.
- Scheduling: Google Calendar (booking links).
We do not sell personal information.
6. Advertising on Meta, LinkedIn & Google
We run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google. These platforms may set cookies or receive events (page views, form submissions, bookings) to measure ad performance, build lookalike audiences, and show you relevant ads. Where required, we hash identifiers (email, phone) before transmission. You can opt out of personalized advertising via each platform's ad settings and via cookie controls on our site.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, analytics cookies to understand traffic, and advertising cookies (only with consent where required by law) for measurement and remarketing. You can control cookies through your browser and, where offered, our consent banner.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country (including the United States and the EEA). Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Retention
Lead and customer records are retained for as long as needed to provide Services and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and analytics purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or object.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vyanis.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is 100% secure; report suspected issues to hello@vyanis.com.
12. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
